A: Hotel Okura is located in the Galaxy Macau where provides shuttle bus service from/to Macau’s major transportation sites. By car/taxi, the hotel is just about 20 minutes from Macau Ferry Terminal and 10 minutes from Macau International Airport.

A: Free shuttle buses are offered from airports, ferry terminals and Border Gates to Galaxy Macau, the frequency is 10-15 minutes. A: The hotel official check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00. All the requests are subject to hotel availability and only confirmed upon check-in.
A: Hotel provides several room types up from 46m2 and the King size bed is 200cm(W) x 200cm(L) and the Double bed size is 125cm(W) x 200cm(L).

A: All reservations require a valid credit card to guarantee. The major credit cards (Visa, Master, American Express and JCB) are accepted for guarantee purposed.
Non-refundable room charge will be pre-authorized before arrival, and room charge will be paid upon check-in. The name printed on the credit card used for guaranteeing the reservation must be the same as the guest name. The same credit card must be presented upon check-in for verification.

A: Yes, for this case, we can send a secure direct payment link to you. You can process the payment via payment link by Unionpay, credit cards (Visa, Master, American Express , JCB) or Wechatpay, Alipay.
A: Unless otherwise stated, reservations must be cancelled or modify 72 hours prior to arrival; if failure to do so, 100% of first night with tax and service charge will be imposed. If non-refundable policy applies, the reservation cannot be cancelled or modified and the charge for the whole stay will be collected at time of booking.
A: Beside room charges, hotel needs to collect $1000 incidentals charges guarantee fee per night which is up to $3000 maximum. Cash (MOP/HKD) or credit card is accepted.
A: The deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if not any incidentals or damage of inspection happen. It generally takes about 3 - 4 weeks to return to your credit card, but it may take longer due to the oversea transactions.
A: Unless specified in the package detail, breakfast is not included in the room reservation. However, breakfast can be purchased separately at MOP190+10% per adult, MOP95+10% per child (age 5 - 12) per day upon check-in. Complimentary for the child at the age of 4 or below.

A: Generally, Grand Resort Desk is opened daily from 09:00 – 18:00. However, it may have seasonal closure and the opening time is subject to weather condition. Please pay attention to the onsite announcement.
A: Only the in-house guests are allowed to access Grand Resort Desk with a maximum 3 adults (with extra supplement charge) or 2 adults and 2 children at the age of 12 or below per room. A: There is a health club including Gymnasium, indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Massage chairs and Sauna & Steam located on the hotel 29/FL. Only in-house guests are allowed to the free access of Health Club with maximum 2 adults and 2 children at the age of 12 or below per room; for any extra bed paid in in each room, 1 additional guest can enjoy this benefit.
