Akita prefecture from Tohoku region is famous for its rice with exceptional taste, such as "Akita Komachi" and "Yume Obako". So do the sake made from these rice by passionate sake brewers there. "Kayaki", "Sandfish Tempura" and "Kiritanpo" in hot pot also the not-to-miss items from our well prepared menu.
