On March 18, 2015 South China Morning Post celebrated the art of fine dining with the annual launch of its 100 Top Tables 2015 – A CEO’s Dining Guide. The event was attended by chefs, restaurants and hotel executives from Hong Kong and Macau. Selected restaurants had to reach high standards in terms of both food and service, while providing a suitable environment for executive dining. Only 100 restaurants were picked from a list of over 1,000 Hong Kong and Macau fine-dining establishments.
