At 9 am (Japan Time) on 28th October, massive spam e-mails under the name of “One Harmony Office Okura Co., Ltd” were found sent to random receivers. The content of this e-mail is on fictitious claim and consist of fake attachment. Okura Hotels & Resorts hereby declares that these spam e-mails and its related fraudulent content were not distributed by the company, and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred by guests accessing this e-mail.
Investigation on the cause of this incident is currently being conducted by Okura Nikko Hotel Management. To avoid any undesirable issues, we strongly advised all receivers of this spam e-mail not to open the attachment and to delete it immediately once received.
