Hokkaido is rich in variety of fresh fish and processed seafood. The delicacies include crab, scallops, sea urchin, salmon roe, salmon, herring, kinki fish, squid, octopus, shrimp, abalone, surf clams and oysters. These seafood products have exquisite taste and flavor, and are rated among the best of their type. Particular the crab is exceptional and are heavy given its size and rich in flavor whether boiled in brine or prepared as sashimi. You will not find such rich and mellow sweetness anywhere but in Hokkaido.

From July 19 to August 31, Yamazato offers delights of Hokkaido cuisine. All dishes are created from carefully selected ingredients and crafted by Executive Chef Akira Hayashi to provide the finest tasted to all our customers so that they may experience the unique tastes of Hokkaido. We welcome you to savor the gourmet flavors at Yamazato Japanese Fine Dining at Hotel Okura Macau.

Set-Lunch Menu includes: Matsumae Dried Squid and Herring Roe in soy sauce as appetizer, Two Kinds of Hokkaido Sashimi, White Miso Soup with King Crab and Asparagus, Special Dish: Grilled Nemuro Scallop with Butter Corn Sauce Or Fried Dish - Furano White Asparagus Tempura with Potato Croquette, Sashimi Rice with Salmon, Salmon Roe and Sea Urchin, Clear Soup with Fresh fish and Yubari Melon and Red Bean Ice-cream.

Set-Dinner priced at MOP 1,380 per person.
