Yamazato has been selected for the 5th Consecutive years by SCMP’s 100 Top Tables – A CEO’s Dining Guide. The recognition has been selected by the Hong Kong independent editorial panel and without beholden to advertisers or obligation to restaurants. The 100 Top Tables guide names the top 100 restaurants in Hong Kong and 20 in Macau based on the totality of the dining experience.
Executive Chef – Mr. Akira Hayashi received the certificate of recognition at the ceremony held in Hong Kong on March 6, 2017 and celebrated the achievements with his culinary team together with service team led by Mr. Marco Tse (second left) and Ms. Mariko Hagimori, Assistant Service Manager (third right in Japanese Kimono costume).
