On March 15, Executive Chef Akira Hayashi and his culinary team hosted the Oita Prefecture Food Fair media cocktail reception at the Yamazato Japanese Fine Dining on the 28th floor of Hotel Okura Macau. The event was attended by the leading Hong Kong & Macau media, Oita Prefecture representatives and over 50 distinguished guests.
Mr. Kinji Abe, Vice Director General of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Department – Oita Prefectural Government, remarked at the media cocktail reception to be very honored to host< Oita Prefecture Fair at Hotel Okura Macau this time, at this fair we have prepared Oita Bungo beef, Kabosu Japanese Yellowtail and Oyster brand Higata Bijin. Oita Prefecture is one of the most famous hot spring place and beautiful scenery in Japan. Mr. Abe thanked the distinguished guests and welcomes guests to visit Oita Prefecture.
At the same occasion, Mr. Niek Hammer – General Manager of Hotel Okura Macau welcomed delegates of the Oita Prefecture, Media partners and distinguished guests and indicated it to be a great pleasure to welcome all attendees today at the 2nd Food Fair.
